SHIPMENTS
Parcels are sent from the warehouse in Lithuania and delivered within 1-2 working days. For parcels to other countries, please contact the specified contacts.
Delivery methods
Delivery of goods by the selected Omniva or LP Express postal machine. Price: 3 EUR.
The cost of delivery is automatically included in the price of the order. For purchases over 65 EUR, delivery is free.
Return and exchange of goods
High-quality cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned. The buyer has the right to return the product only in the following cases: if the package contains non-conforming goods or the wrong quantity, an incomplete product set or a defective product. Products are considered defective if, after the expiration date, they contain substances prohibited by law, the consistency of the product has changed due to improper storage conditions before handing over the products to the buyer, or there are other significant defects in the quality of the products.
In order to return the defective product(s), the buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of product delivery by informing the Seller by e-mail. by mail to info@shinycare.lt, adding photos of the products and/or packaging, describing the problem.
The returned product must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused, in the same set as it was received by the buyer, and must not have lost its merchantable appearance (letters intact, protective films not removed, etc.). When returning a product, it is necessary to present a paper document of its purchase (copy of order, payment).
When returning a defective product, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a similar one or return the money to the Buyer.
If the Buyer returns an incorrect product, the Seller undertakes to replace it with a suitable one. If the required product is not available, the Buyer will receive a full refund (for the product plus actual shipping costs).
If the Buyer returns a product purchased at a discount, the amount returned is the amount paid for the product with a valid discount.
The money for the returned product is returned to the Buyer no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return request.
The Seller has the right to reject the products returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the return procedure specified in these Rules.
