Shipments and Shipping

Parcels from the parcel warehouse in Lithuania are sent and delivered within 1-2 working days in Lithuania. For parcels to other countries, please contact the specified contacts.

Delivery methods

Delivery of goods to the selected Omniva or LP Express postal machine. Price: 3 EUR. To the USA and other European countries, please contact the indicated contacts. The cost of delivery is automatically included in the price of the order.

Return and exchange of goods

High-quality cosmetic products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The buyer has the right to return the product only in the following cases: if the parcel is defective or the wrong quantity is placed, not a complete set of goods. Products are considered defective if, after the expiration date of the product, it contains prohibited substances, the consistency of the product has changed due to improper storage conditions before handing over the products to the buyer, or there are other important defects in the quality of the product.

In order to return the defective product(s), the buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the product by informing the Seller by e-mail. by email to info@shinycare.lt , providing photos of the products and/or packaging and describing the problem.

The returned product must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused, in the same package as the customer received it, and must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film removed, etc.). When returning a product, it is necessary to present a paper (printed) document of its purchase (order, copy of payment).

When returning a defective product, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a similar one or return the money to the Buyer.

If the Buyer returns an incorrect product, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct product. If the required product is not in stock, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount (for the product). Delivery fee is not included.

If the Buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the money for the product with a valid discount is returned.

The money for the returned product is returned to the Buyer no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return request.

The Seller has the right to refuse to return the Buyer's products if the Buyer does not follow the return procedure specified in these Rules.
